Much Screen Time Deal with Children’s Brains  Early information from a groundbreaking study from the National Institutes of Health ( NIH ), launched in 2018, shows that adolescents who performed screen time exercises for more than two hours a day performed worse on language and thinking tests and played the video game worse, and some children with more than seven hours of screen time a day experienced a decrease in the cerebral cortex, the "We don't yet know what this information means, but we can suspect that screens may suppress certain parts of a teenager's development by limiting their focus and limiting their various methods of research and learning," says Dr. Jennifer F.
